How are you celebrating Father's Day? At the Shaw-Hong household, we like to celebrate with a family bike ride. We usually pack some food and drinks and head out for a relatively easy ride. The girls will pick a nice spot about half way into the ride for us to sit and enjoy our snacks before we turn back. When we started this tradition, Zoe had just gotten her training wheels off and Lila was still on a trail-a-bike, so our outings were short. Over the years as they have gotten better, the rides have become longer. Once the weather gets warm, we try go on as many family bike rides as we can but definitely on Father's Day we will make it a point of getting out there. It's a simple way for us to slow down and for the girls to get some quality time with their Dad.
