The start of a new year is a natural milestone to pause and reassess what is going on in your life. Like many, excited for the new year I made resolutions in the past only to fail at keeping them for longer than two months. Apparently this is a common occurrence. Research has shown that only 19 percent of individuals keep their resolutions and most abandon their resolutions by mid January!
This year, I am going to do something slightly different. I decided to take a monthly approach to my 2022 goals and kick off the year with January goals. These goals will challenge me to create new habits. At the end of 31 days, I will re-evaluate and adjust if needed, and set these goals again for the next month or make new ones! The tip is to keep the goals measurable.
