and have each family member write something they are grateful for this year. Then read the notes either at the beginning or the end of your Thanksgiving feast.

Spend the week leading up or the day of filling up your driveway with thankful drawings or words. Only for those without snow in the driveway yet : )
Gratitude Collage (Gratitude Tree) - different variations exist but basically it can be a collage or a tree and people can write, draw or even cut out pictures from magazines or use photos ... possibilities are endless.
